OVERVIEW

The 911 Wellness Group is currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to join our team as an independent contractor, offering flexible hours and a supportive, collaborative environment.

The LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD will provide high-quality clinical care to clients through individual, group, family therapy, and wellness visits. This role is ideal for a compassionate and motivated clinician who values flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our First Responder community.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide clinical mental health counseling services to a diverse caseload
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Conduct wellness visits for first responders
  • Options to conduct group therapy sessions
  • PsyD and PhD holders will have the opportunity to conduct fitness for duty evaluations, preemployment evaluations, FOID evaluations, and/or neuropsychological evaluations
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed to support holistic care
  • Participate in team meetings, supervision, or case consultation (as required)
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Active Illinois LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD or Psychology PhD license
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passionate about helping others and promoting mental health equity
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (not required)
  • Familiarity with EMR systems
  • Experience with telehealth platforms
  • Prior experience working with the First Responder and/or veteran communities
