911 Wellness provides comprehensive neuropsychological and psychological testing for students ranging from grade school through college. These assessments provide valuable insights and support in various areas of cognitive functioning, mental health, and personal development.
We work to identify both strengths and areas of need for every individual. The information we gather informs the creation of personalized intervention plans to meet the unique needs of the individual. We provide direct school consultation and advocacy on behalf of each student and create a plan that promotes success in the school setting. We also provide referrals to other professionals who can assist in necessary treatments.

Identify Needs
Testing can explain why an individual student may be facing challenges at school. Assessment results allow clinicians to provide important data for school advocacy and planning.
Create Strategies
Assessment results identify skills that need to be further developed, accommodations that are needed for success, and strategies to help the individual thrive over both the short- and long-term.
Diagnose Disorders
Comprehensive testing diagnoses needs and informs families about a variety of disorders that may affect the student.
Catalog Root Causes
We provide a detailed assessment of an individual’s learning and information processing abilities, social/emotional status, and actions plans to deal with deficiencies / problematic behavior.
911 Wellness Group clinicians provide testing and assessments that are customized to the individual student. We employ a deductive approach that allows clinicians to assess the particular areas of functioning that are of the greatest concern.
We study the individual’s pace of work completion, need for breaks, and focus limits to determine what brings forth their best performance. We set multiple testing sessions (instead of one lengthy test session) to prevent test fatigue, which can skew results.
Typically, a comprehensive neuropsychological assessment takes 5-8 hours of testing to obtain an in-depth picture of an individual’s capabilities and shortcomings. Additional work covers scoring, interpreting, and producing a detailed written report explaining the test results and professional recommendations. We also review correlative documentation, including school records and previous testing, to gain a wider view.
After testing is completed, we host a feedback session to review results and discuss recommendations regarding interventions and school
planning (if applicable). We will provide referrals to other professionals for additional interventions, as needed.
Testing works to assess multiple areas of intellect, learning, sensory processing, social/emotional functioning, and behavior:
